Handmade-ness. Tonal Whites, Linen Wraps
Introducing: Chateau Chic
Luxury estate sale looks in layered, chiseled, rubbed, and enwrapped soft whites drives one new direction in Bernhardt’s home furnishings introduced today. The shapes, surfaces, and finishes create a soft, chic, modern aesthetic that looks upon tradition with love.
Central to the look is the new Auberge collection—44 skus presented in either a distressed Vintage White paint and lacquer finish, completely enwrapped in linen, or in a Weathered Oak finish. Delicate quatrefoil rosette or drop pendant hardwares and antiqued mirror complete the look.
“This is tonal luxury,” says Ron Fiore, Bernhardt creative director. “There’s a softness, an artisanal handmade-ness. Even on a runway you couldn’t completely see the desire this style conveys—you have to touch it.”
