Lush, Fun and Lots Of Room For Family Get-Togethers

October 22, 2011 - LENOIR, NC - Call it living large. Today Bernhardt introduces 32 skus of upholstered seating and 14 pieces of occasional furniture in the grand casual style. This furniture will keep families happy for years.

IFDA (International Furnishings and Design Association) reported in September that a lifestyle of grand scale remains an important category. Members said they believe American homes are moving toward fewer rooms of less formality, but with more space for both private pursuits and family get-togethers.

Each Bernhardt grand casual setting provides a vibe of positive thinking (and feeling). Pieces are designed to be grand and aspirational, while also inviting and comfortable.

Grand casual occasional tables and cabinetry are artful and often in a minimalist modern style. Upholstered seating is large enough to accommodate several fami ly members. Body fabrics are textured, soft in tone, enlivened with fresh accents of color and pattern.
